Spacious room, convenient location, our suite featured a kitchenette with a full refrigerator and a great view of the San Remo building.
The sofa was uncomfortable.

The location was great and lovely, not too far away from Upper West Side. Was in a really safe area and very close to eateries and pubs.

Lovely small place with responsive employees from doorman to reception folks. Early check-in, very nicely furnished and brand-new rooms with a spectacular view. Modern decor.

The location is quite wonderful if you like to go to the opera or the Metropolitan Museum. One can do a lot on foot. A small kitchen corner with a tea/coffee cooker in which one could prepare small meals was ideal. We know many hotels in New York, this was simply great!

I had a great stay! The mini fridge and two burner stove were lifesavers, and the deep tub in the bathroom was a nice surprise! I would definitely come back.

Super good location, individual equipment compared to the big chains, historical flair of the building, but well maintained. We had a bathroom with window. All windows could be opened (tilted), this contributed a lot to the well-being. From the 18th floor, where our room was, we had a typical New York view.
The sofa bed in the living room did not offer a good quality of reclining.

Close to subway and bus, fast at Times Square and km Central Park. We had a bedroom and a living room with a pull-out couch, which was good for the kids. There was also a small kitchen, and the best thing was that the dirty dishes were exchanged by room service every day for clean ones.

The hotel offered nice spots to unwind, like a cozy lounge area and a peaceful garden. The only minor downside was not having breakfast options on-site, but we loved being able to cook in our suite and explore local cafes 😊
